These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stringularity website (stringularity.in) and the courses, live sessions, and services we provide. By accessing the site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Stringularity

Stringularity is a Carnatic violin academy based in Kerala, India, founded by Vishnuraj Varma. We sell structured recorded video lessons, run live virtual sessions, and offer private 1-on-1 coaching for students of all levels.

2. Eligibility

Students of all ages may enroll. For students under 18, enrollment and payment must be completed by a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on the student's behalf.

You agree to use our site and services lawfully and respectfully. Harassment of staff or other students, attempts to disrupt the platform, or use of our materials in ways that infringe third-party rights are prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

Stringularity provides music education in good faith and to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as exam grades, performance results, or career progression). Progress depends substantially on your practice, attendance, and effort.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stringularity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites or tools (such as YouTube embeds or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

12. Changes to the service

We may update curriculum, scheduling, pricing, or platform features from time to time. Material changes affecting an active enrollment will be communicated in advance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
