Refund Policy

We want every student to feel confident enrolling at Stringularity. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and the exceptions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Trial lessons and discovery calls

Free trial lessons and discovery calls carry no payment, so no refund applies. If a paid introductory session is offered as part of a campaign, the refund terms for that campaign will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@stringularity.in from the address you used to enroll. Include your full name, the program, and the reason for the request.
  2. Our team will respond within 3 working days and confirm whether the request is eligible under this policy.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. Bank or processor timelines may add a few extra days.

We understand that medical emergencies and other unforeseen events happen. If you're unable to continue for a genuine, documented reason, contact us — we will do our best to offer a course freeze, partial credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change applies to enrollments made after the revised date; existing enrollments remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
